Bringing Sports Therapy and Hypnotherapy together; we are offering a unique therapeutic holistic experience for your physical and emotional well being.
Using a creative form of upper body massage (neck and shoulders) integrated with clinical hypnotherapy (controlled dream therapy), we are able to de-stress the most stressed of bodies and bring about a healing balance within your whole person.
If you are suffering from any physical, mental or emotional stress that is causing you pain or concern and would like to consider alternative therapy that involves no games, gimmicks or commercial agendas, then why not give your body a treat.
Our 45min treatments specialise in – (Initial consultation is free - approx 45mins, so please allow up to 90mins for your first visit)

Please note, that some treatments may require more than one therapy session, but we aim to treat all our clients with respect and will not abuse your visits by over subscribing you to our services.
Please also note, that we are not Jack of all trades and professionally, there may be occasions where we need to refer you to another medical professional.

Clinics will be held after an initial consultation, (by appointment only) at a local Berkshire Health and Fitness Centre in Woodley by a qualified Sports Therapist with a Doctorate in Psychological Pathology.
