Working for a prestigeous corporate contact centre based in Pourtsmouth PO6. Our client is looking for highly motivated, flexible and committed individual. Your main duties will be to provide a front line telephone service. Working as part of a team you need to possess good communication skills and communicate effectively with a wide range of people including members of the public and external organisations. You will use telephone technology to deal with calls and input and retrieve information via a PC. You need to be able to demonstrate a high standard of customer care.
