Hi there we are looking to rent a 2 bed property in the Bexley, Sidcup, Orpington etc area.
Our current tenancy expires on 28th April and the Landlord is selling, although we are staying in the property on a weekly basis until such times as we find alternative accommodation.
We wish to rent a quiet flat or a top floor flat with a balcony. We have huge noise in the block we are in and are seeking somewhere much quieter.
We have lived in a flat before so are used to the usual neighbour noise however we are being woken up at 5.30 am every weekday and 7.30 am every weekend!!
We can provide a Landlords reference, work references, and we have a UK bank account. Prior to this rent we were abroad for 3 years.
