Job Description:
The successful candidate will be managing the implementation of aircraft cabin systems in relation to communication and entertainment solutions. This will involve budgeting, scheduling and implementation of high value and profile projects to customers; being able to identify aircraft certification and installation impacts on the program; managing suppliers internally and externally; raising purchase orders and invoices as required; compiling reports, cost analysis and updating senior management regularly; ensuring projects are delivered to schedule and budget; reviewing, updating and implementing ISO related procedures as appropriate; participating in customer meetings; providing 'hands on' assistance and guidance as needed during the implementation phase; providing bid and proposal support for sales activities.
Required Experience:
The successful candidate must have at least four years experience in providing cabin communication solutions, including one year of program management. Previous technical engineering experience of implementing cabin communication solutions; previous experience of working cabin architectures and / or experience of avionics integration with either Airbus and / or Boeing in cabin or IFE projects; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proven ability to successfully deliver projects to time and budget. Intermediate to advanced ability of MS Project and other related Microsoft applications.
Amount of Travel Required for Position: 50%-75%
