Just received notice to vacate flat of 2 years as the owner is selling the property. Very happy where we are at the moment and a sudden drastic change would cause huge frustration at this time. We feel it would be better to move as close as possible to the exact location we are living at the moment.
The specification of current flat is:
•Location: Whitefield Road, Speedwell
•With garden (preferably south facing) and ideally surrounded by natural environment, ie. park, nature park or reserve (our house is surrounded by a Nature reserve), farm land or fields – basically lovely nature views is of interest
•A parking space (we currently have one but if this is not possible we don’t mind)
•1 bedroom
•At the moment our flat is fully furnished with fridge, stove/oven, washer/dryer, sofa bookshelves, dinning table, chairs, TV shelf, night stand, garden shed with tools and lawnmower. Only concerned with Washer/dryer, stove/oven, and fridge/freezer, however if the flat has a nice garden and is in nice surroundings, in the area needed, we are more than happy to overlook the lack of furnishings
•currently paying £123.75 per week = 495 per month excluding bills and council tax
•Perhaps with allotments nearby as we might need to move it near our new home if there is one nearby available
Have until August 15th to move but would love to find something ASAP so if we find the right place we are happy with we are eager to move right away to minimise the stress and inconvenience.
The preferred areas in mind to narrow the search down are:
1.Whitefield Road, Holly Lodge road, Ridgeway road, Vera road, Moorlands Road, Mayfield Park south, Stonebridge park rd, The Glades, Dubbers lane, Dominion Rd
2.Option B: Surrounding streets of St. Georges park - Crews hole road, Troppers Hill Road (very keen on flats surrounding Troopers hill),
3.Option C: St. annes – St Annes Park Road, Newbridge Road, 1st ave, Searle Ct. Ave, Woodcroft road, Hanham Green, Eastwood road, natural area of Whites Hill (ie. Maple Bottom Lane)
4.Option D: If there is any flat available with the specification required near the Bristol Cycle Walkway in the surrounding countryside, ie. Warmley, Siston ect. would be very interested to view!
