Join our FUNdraising ride – 59 miles through the quiet lanes and villages of south Essex.
The Start is in Victoria Park so we are soon out of London, and after stops for tea and lunch we reach the Finish in the beautiful gardens of Priory Park. Relax and enjoy refreshments, music and sports massage in the park before making your way home – Southend Victoria Station is close by.
Your entry fee purely goes towards the cost of running the ride safely. PLEASE DO ASK FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO SPONSOR YOU as the British Heart Foundation relies on the money you raise in sponsorship.
Together, we can beat heart disease for those who live today and those who will live tomorrow.
Heart disease touches us all. The chances are it has already affected you, your family or your friends. Lives are cut short; living is harder. This charity is totally committed to preventing heart disease devastating people’s lives.
As the nation’s heart charity, the BHF focuses on three things:
Investing in pioneering research
Supporting and caring for heart patients
Providing vital information to help people reduce their own risk of dying prematurely from a heart or circulatory related illness.
