The company now has the following vacancy in its Brighton office:
Office Administrator (part-time) – based in central Brighton
Preferably 5 days per week – 4 hours per day in the mornings
£7.50 per hour
To start end of July 2007
This is a varied role in a friendly office. The successful candidate will have strong communication & organizational skills, be outgoing with a positive approach.
The main responsibilities of this role include
- General office admin
- Senior Management support
- Handling of daily incoming post & distribution
- Answering the telephone, taking & forwarding messages (inc email)
- Ordering of office stationery & supplies
- Maintaining holiday & sickness records
- Processing leavers & joiners
- Maintaining operational manuals & contact lists
- Greeting clients & ensuring the preparation of board room for meetings, including ordering of lunches, making tea & coffee
- Liaison with office suppliers regarding maintenance of building & assets
Previous experience in a similar role is required & basic HR knowledge is desirable.
