HEARTS FIRST JOG – ST ALBANS 2007

Brand new for 2007, the Hearts First Jog - St Albans, will be taking place on Sunday 23rd September 2007, in the beautiful surroundings of Verulamium Park. Named after the Roman City of Verulamium on which it stands, this popular wildlife habitat includes an ornamental lake and the nearby remains of the old Roman City walls and London Gate. Nestled at the bottom of the Cathedral and Abbey Church, this is one of the most scenic parks in Hertfordshire and the perfect venue for the BHF’s first ever
St Albans Jog.
A mass warm up will take place @ 10.50am, with the start at 11.00am. So sign up now to join the crowds to walk, jog or run between 1 and 10 laps of the 1km (approx 0.6 mile) circuit around the picturesque lake in Verulamium Park, St Albans.
