The house is located in Braemar Gardens - a quiet street as there is no passing traffic. Excellent road links to the A41, the North, M1, A1, and the A406.
It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Colindale tube station on the Edgware branch of the Northern Line. Journey time into central London (Kings Cross) takes around 20 minutes.
The nearest shopping areas are Burnt Oak and Colindale – where you will find Asda / Tesco and also an Asian / Oriental shopping plaza full of lovely restaurants and shops.
Local buses are 204, 303, 251, 114, 32, 142, 292 going to Mill Hill, Edgware, Kingsbury, Hendon etc.
The bedroom is a fully furnished bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, two chests of drawers, shelving, comfortable sofa etc, and is suitable for a couple or single person needing a larger room.
You would share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate W.C., and garden with an Irish couple, an English lady and an American / English couple - all are working and are very nice!
Cost for this room is £135 per week inclusive of all bills (£585 per calendar month). We would require a two week security deposit and rent is payable monthly in advance. Three weeks notice is required if you wish to leave.
