EXPERIENCED SHELTERED SCHEME MANAGER SEEKS POSITION

I am currently seeking a positon as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager/Warden support Position within a Sheltered Supported Housing Or private retirement Development or a Learning Disabilites Setting.

I have a lot of experience and knowledge in this field ie viewings lettings keyholders records dealing wih all correspondence and also as a support worker with various client groups.
I also have a knowledge and understanding of the current requirements of supporting.

I am aware for the need for tact diplomacy confidentality good listening skills dignity privacy respect reassurance record keeping together with good customer care and attention to detail in
a professionaland business like manner.

I am also aware of health regulations and requirements in any large organisation.
I also have a number of years experience of working in offices and I am familar with modern office procedures and practices.
I am also reliable flexible adaptable versatile and a good communicater familar with liasing with personnel at various levels.
I have a keen interest in working with retired people and I am aware of thier requirements and needs.

I hold the following certificates Health&safety food&Hygiene Manual Handling Fire First Aid I am also a member of the Charted Instituate of Housing.
With respect if I were to be considered for a position within your organisation I feel my skills cuold be utilised needless to say I am available to commence employment at short notice.
