WAREHOUSE IN VARNA, THE SEA CAPITAL OF BULGARIA

This warehouse is situated approximately 3.5 km from the centre of Varna, 2 km from Varna airport and approximately 3 km from Port East-Varna. The building is located in an area with excellently constructed infrastructure and modern communications. Factories, warehouses, sample showrooms and auto-showrooms are located in its immediate proximity.
The warehouse is with an unfolded built-up area of 3122.71 sq.m. with land of 4583 sq.m.
The building was constructed in 1997. Automatic 5m high rolling doors suitable for truck access constitute the entrance to the site. The second floor can be reached either by a staircase or by a freight elevator of 3.5 tons loading capacity.
By this time the warehouse is conditionally divided into 4 warehouse areas, two offices, bathroom and toilet. A project according to which warehouse No.13 can be divided into 21 separate warehouse premises with a common corridor and staircase was approved. The height of the premise allows the warehouses to be reconstructed on two levels with a slight intermediate floor construction.
