Villa has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. Other bathroom is situated between the 2 twin rooms. Fully fitted kitchen with all utensils and appliances. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Garage contains a pool table and air hockey table. Large living room with a TV/DVD and CD player. Swimming pool in the back can be heated for an additional ?75 per week. 10 minutes from Disney World. 2 Minutes from Wal-Mart and Publix, and restaurants. 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. 25 minutes from Seaworld / Universal Studios and the nearest beach is 75 minutes away. Also there is a BBQ which needs gas (this can be purchased from the petrol station on the entrance to the estate) There is also a pushchair, travel cot and highchair in the villa.
Price is £325 per week all year round - £375 per week at Christmas
