I have a clean, furnished double room in Goodmayes (zone 4) close to the station, about 10 minutes walk.
The house has all mod cons, washing machine, nice living room etc... There are two ladies and one man in the house, all relaxed and easy going. The house is clean and quiet and on a residential street close to amenities.
The room also has a cable tv connection for free and wireless broadband access, also included in the rent.
The rent is 300 pounds per calendar month all inclusive. Non-smoker preferred.
