MFT believe in providing an exemplary service to our members, that's why we provide your first class free of charge.

At MFT we take advantage of the great outdoors by providing all our classes in real surroundings. All our classes last for a full hour inclusive of warm up and cool down. All MFT Instructors are there to welcome you and most of all change you for the better.

There is the option to choose between the ability groups so you will never feel left out. Simply fill in our online form or download the form and bring it to your next scheduled class.

ABILITY GROUPS

NOVICE

For those that are new to exercise or are returning to exercise after a lay off due to injury or other commitments

INTERMEDIATE

For anyone who currently has a moderate level of fitness or any people who have progressed from the Novice group

ADVANCED

Where only the fittest survive! Ideally suited to sports persons or anyone with a high level of fitness. You may well have progressed from the Intermediate group
