About me
My name is Olivia McLeod and I run a small at home secretarial business, doing both audio and copy typing, amongst other services. I am a fluent touch typist, and have excellent English and grammar skills.
How it works
You post your manuscripts/ CD's to me. I type them, amend any grammar / misspellings if requested, and then either email them to you or save them onto a CD or floppy disk to return to you. I will email you a sample of the transcribed work, along with the fee. (The fee cannot be determined until the manuscript has been typed up.) At this point, you can ask for any adjustments to be made to your document.
Who I can offer support to
I can be of service to businesses requiring secretarial services, students with hand-written assignments, or writers with manuscripts, to name but a few.
Work I can offer
Typing of: letters, invoices, reports, manuscripts, journals, CV's, essays, memos, proof reading, data entry, audio transcription.
My credentials
10 GCSE’s, 8 at A* level (including English language), 2 at A. 4 AS levels, 3 at A grade (maths, biology, chemistry), and one at B (french).
I have experience in the service sector, fluent IT skills (internet, office programs, touch typing), and I am hard-working, conscientious and reliable!
Prices
Please contact me with the extent of the service you require. Rates are extremely competitive and dependant upon the type of work needed. For example:
Text Document (letters, essays, CV's etc) 1X A4 page £2
(1 or 2 additional pages) £1.50 each
Large Text Document (longer than 3 A4 pages) per hour £10
(on average 400 words per hour)
Data Input (excel) per hour £6
Audio Transcription per hour £10
Please note these prices are only guidelines.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made either via Paypal or by personal cheque, though time must be allowed for the cheque to clear.
No job is too small or big. Please email me your requirements, and you can request my phone number if you wish to speak to me in person.
