Job Title: Reservations Executive
Role: As the first point of contact you will provide a friendly and professional reservations service to clients and bookers, maximising revenue and occupancy and ensuring the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
• IT Literate & Comfortable with the internet and use of e mails
• Numerate
• Good telephone manner
• Effective communication ability
• Team player
• Flexibility when facing unexpected situations
• Full Driving Licence
Candidate:
The candidate will have:
• Previous experience in a call centre environment, preferably within the leisure and tourism or retail environments
• A good knowledge of Bristol
• An ability to remain focused and self motivated
• A sense of humour
• An enquiring mind
• Their own car
• Access to broadband at home
The candidate will be based at our Office in Clifton. The core business hours 9am-5.30pm Mon – Sat with one day off during the week.
Some home based on call duties will be required.
Flexibility may be required at times of high volume
Salary £16,000 during probation period
with potential bonus of £2,000-£4,000 on-going
