Narrowboat Charlotte Rose is moored on the Wey Navigation at Addlestone, Surrey and is just two locks away from the Thames. She is an all steel 37' Springer with a cruiser stern, built in 1977. The engine is a water cooled 2 cyl Lister. She can sleep four people - one fixed double and the dinette folds down into another comfortable double. There is a shower and cassette toilet (with a spare cassette). In the galley are a gas cooker, a gas water heater and a gas/electric fridge. There is a solid fuel stove in the seating area - lovely and cosy at this time of year! I am asking £16,500 for her and I believe she is worth it.We are very sorry to be parting with her. My partner and I are both past our best and boating is becoming more and more difficult for us. She could do with a new bit of carpet inside and the outside could do with a lick of paint. She looks black on the photograph but she is actually dark green with cream trim. Full safety certificate.
