KOJAK was a action tv series premiered early of 70's and lasted on late 70's. The show was about Lt. Theo Kojak played by Telly Savalas, a bald, outspoken and streetwise cop in The New York Police Department. Frank McNeil played by Dan Frazer, his partner for years was his Supervisor and the chief of detectives for the 13th Precinct in the Manhattan South district.
