The Leith Festival 2006 is looking for volunteers to join their team. The festival is community based and consists of 100 events at 50 venues, all within a 1 mile radius of the historic port of Leith. The festival will run from 1st - 10th June 2006 and we need people to work with us from March until late June.
There are various roles available in the following areas:
Database Management
Graphics and Design
Sponsorship
Advertising
Marketing and Programme Distribution Planning
Programming and Events Management
Production Management
We are also looking for a PA to the Artistic Director and a Press Officer.
You will be working alongside the Artistic Director and the Festival organisers and will play a vital role in the organisation of the festival. Working with us will provide volunteers invaluable experience and will particularly appeal to those with an interest in the arts and festival scene.
