Other than the actual wooden neck and body - everything else has been changed for top of the range materials:

Diamond plated Scratchplate
Dimarzio\Ibanez dual humbucker Evolution pickups (the ones Steve Vai and Paul Gilbert use)
Floyd Rose Bridge system
Roller tuning nut and trees (stays in tune - especially with floyd rose system)
New tuning pegs
Brand new switch/electronic system fitted - the switch gives the pickups flawless changing and swift transition.
