Rainbow educare trust presents ''learn to nourish yourself''workshop. The workshop is facilitated by medical herbalist Annie Gardner. This takes place on sat 5th January 2008.
Why not start off the new year as to mean to contiune it. Nourishing yourself is fundamental to everything else we do in our lives. This is not something that we have been taught but, we are looking for at some level. Come and join in our workshop. Everyone is welcome. All places cost £50 including lunch. Places are limited.
