strictly non-smoker and non-professional please. the above room will fit a tourist, holidaymaker or students staying temporarily for a duration of a semester only. this is a fully furnished king-size room,got everything in the flat to share including washing machine etc, the flat is always spotless and we want it that way, we are looking for polite, non-inquisitive,respectful and no party animals please,close to about 4 main underground and overground stations(including st. pancras international station*****EUROSTAR*****), got regular runs of different buses on the high road including the one that takes you to the london zoo from the doorstep of the flat, very perfect location in central london, equidistance to everywhere in london tourist attractions eg madame taussaud not to mention a few. flat is 2mins away from large shopping mall in angel,superstores, local newsagents and local cheap market.........oh what a bargain and good location to stay in.......hotels are very expensive and no privacy in them all but our rooms offer value for money one of the cheapest in central london, your privacy guaranteed, no middlemen like estate agents, so no huge paperwork or contract to sign and no bills to pay, all you need is 1 month REFUNDABLE rent advance to cover damages during your stay here and 1 month rent, so you will need 1200 to move in asap now and minimum stay is 1 month and payment is monthly, no weekly basis(cheaper than paying weekly as you add up free days for paying monthly, good deal i reckon)....no bikes or pets either please and we prefer light luggage carriers(anything above two luggage cases is a NO)....no tv room and you will be sharing facilities in 3-bed flat, all rooms are self-contained as well.no kitchen addicts either as we prefer people staying and eating out most of the time.you can share this room with a trusted friend of yours as its got 2 single beds or if you can afford it you can have it all to yourself. any questions dont be shy to ask.
