EVER GREEN GARDEN HOTEL FOR LEASE.

Am Dr micheal Chucks.The owner of Ever Green Garden hotels situated at Edo State and river state porthycourt Nigeria.Am a Doctor based in Europe(Spain).This hotel has seven hundred rooms and is a ten story building with good rooms each, well airconditioned,good bathrooms and toilet attached to each of the rooms.It has a big packing space and a good relaxation space.A babique centre,a big swimming pool and a good cyber cafe and a good restaurant and bar attached to it.

I have two hundred staffs presently.I inherited this hotel from my late father whose name is Eng.Micheal Okoh a good hotelian,being the first and only surviving son of my parents i inherited this hotel which i have been managing since three years now with my wife.I based in Spain and my wife in Nigeria because of this hotel business.But presently my wife is relocating with me down to Europe where i live.So we have nobody to manage this hotel for us though we have uncles and antils here but they have no hotel experience and they cannot manage it properly.
