Description
I am looking for a clean, tidy, professional and responsible single person (either male or female) to share a two-bed room flat in a modern housing estate in the Camborne area of Cornwall. The flat is only one year old and I am the upper flat of two. No pets are aloud. At this time the room is unfurnished, but will be furnished by myself prior to a flatmate moving in, this way you can tell me what you would like in the room.
I have recently come out of a long-term relationship and need a little help paying the mortgage.
Camborne is only a short distance from Truro (where I play golf), Falmouth (where I work) and other towns such as Redruth, St.Ives...
