Take a shortcut with my fun, hands-on workshops taught by a professional with more than 15 years experience.

Level 1 beginner workshop

4 hours intensive (incl. 1 short break) maximum 6 participants. During this fun, hands-on level 1 aromatherapy workshop you will become well grounded in the basics of aromatherapy to enable you to use essential oils in your home in a safe and effective manner.

You will experience and discuss ten essential oils and five base oils in detail, plus application methods, safety, history, recipes etc.

Price per person £50.- incl. extensive manual, course notes, materials and sample essential oil mixes, refreshments.

Concessions and/or group discounts possible please enquire.

Generally workshops are scheduled Thursday and Friday, with some dates also available Wednesdays and Saturdays. For any other dates please enquire.
