This popular bike ride attracts over 3000 people. The 59 miles from London takes your though quiet lanes and villages of south Essex.

Route
The Start is in Victoria Park so we are soon out of London, and after stops for tea and lunch we reach the finish in the beautiful gardens of Priory Park. Relax and enjoy refreshments, music and sports massage in the park before making your way home – Southend Victoria Station is close by.

Other Information
* There will be refreshments on route to fill water bottles and to buy food and drink.
* We strongly recommend you pre-register before the event to save disappointment
* In 2008 we’re hoping to make the London to Southend Bike Ride even bigger than before and raise £150,000 of life saving funds.
* Minimum age 14, riders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a cycle helmet.
