Flatshare in Liverpool City Center - 2 Double Rooms Available

i'm a professional easy going guy looking for similar professional persons to share with myself. i work in edinburgh so would only normally be around in liverpool 1 weekend every 5 /6 weeks so the flat will really only be shared by 2 people for majority of time. The flat is located in south ferry quay in liverpool marina. It is in a very quiet location but within easy reach of the city center. The kitchen includes fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dish washer etc. The living room has view of the mersey. Both sky and wireless broadband interenet access is included in the rent as well as phone line rental. The only bills would be the cost of any calls made. There are 2 double bedrooms available. The first is £450 a month inclusive of all bills as mentioned above. There is a main bathroom which would only be used by myself when home and whoever takes this room. There is portable tv in the room. The other double bedroom is £550 a month inclusive of all bills and has a private ensuite with shower/sink/toilet. A tv/video and DVD player is included in the room. There are plenty of parking spaces and there is 1 undercroft parking space available if required.
