THAI, MALAY AND INDONESIAN COOKING CLASSES - £40

Description

Join a one-off day / evening course teaching the art of cooking authentic Southeast Asian cuisine!

Participants learn by preparing food in our house based in East London. Each individual will be fully equipped with necessary cooking tools and we provide the ingredients too. All classes are small size - never more than 4 to ensure adequate personalized attention.

MENUS:

Choose one menu per class. Each one includes two starters, a main course and a dessert. However, dishes can be modified (e.g. halal, vegetarian), please check with us prior to reservation. SCHEDULE:

Approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Monday to Friday: from 11:00 to 14:00 & from 17.45 to 20.45;
Saturday & Sunday: from 11:00 to 14:00 & from 15:00 to 18:00.
Open on bank holidays.

Price per lesson is £40/person including recipes and your own cooked lunch.
