Would you like to learn some Self Defence techniques.

I instruct on how to protect yourself from attack and also give advice on how to avoid being in vunerable situations.

Learning self defence techniques can raise your awareness and confidence levels,and who knows you may get a little fitter as well.

I offer a personal service on a 1 2 1 basis. My lessons are conducted in your own home,which means that you don't have to travel.

I offer instruction in un armed combat from a variety of martial arts.

I tailor lessons to suite your needs,which means that my lessons are ideal for beginners (Both Men & Women).

I am willing to travel anywhere in Oxfordshire.

Lessons are available 7 days a week,but you do need to be over 18 years old to take my lessons.
