Minster on the Island of Sheppey in Kent is a very desirable area on the Kent coast, with cliff top walks, beaches and wildlife reserves. Minster is seeing a huge building programme of property development. Areas of land such as this have been used in a sustained way for the last 10-15 years and this continues.
2006 saw the completion of the new dual carriageway road and bridge over the river Swale giving good connections to the M2 Motorway (approx 15 minutes by road).
Access to this land is via a small farm road but development access could be obtained from around the boundary. The land already has water and electricity installed and so has a very good development prospect.
This land can is ideal for market gardening or equestrian activity.
