i have a room to rent in daily/short term basis in a very moderate rate. the house is 5 minutes to the city centre, 5 minutes walk to Nottingham University (Jubilee Campus) and 10 minutes walk to Nottingham Trent University (city campus), 2 minutes walk to Aldi, 10 minutes walk to ASDA, Medina and Tastees, and 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop (bus no 28,29,30 to the city centre).
i am opening the offer to girls ONLY and the room is provided with such facilities:
1. computer and internet (word, powerpoint,free-unlimited use of internet)
2. double loft bed (duvet, pillow and sheets are provided)
3. complete study table and chair
4. clean towel and towel hanger
5. light breakfast
6. no restriction of checking in and out (last checking out time is 8pm if there's no next day reservation). check in can be as early as you need! (just ring me first to inform your time of arrival).
7. permitted to use the bathroom downstairs (shower cream and shampoo provided)
8. permitted to use the microwave in the kitchen (only food for vegetarians are allowed)
- no pets allowed, no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs please.
- need to take off the shoes at the house reception.
- presence of children (can be discussed if you really need this, we can consider but depends on the age)
note: i am staying currently with my husband, but he rarely at home because always in shift working schedule. am offering this room because i need the house to be noisier and merrier with more people.
THE RATE: £20 per person pernight, £35 for 2 persons. (more than 2 are not allowed to stay at one time, but can be negotiated if you really need that).
