We are looking for a new tenant on wood green/turnpike lane (N17). There are 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen. It is occupied by 2 sisters, we're friendly, clean, easy going, we both work and we like going out.

The internet will be connected on 13/07.

There is a 24h shop just under the House, pubs, bus stop (2 buses going to wood green st. & turnpike lane st. (piccadilly line), one 24h bus - 243). There is a 24h bus to wood green from leicester square - 29 (important when you coming back late from party :))

We dont look for anyone in particular, it can be a girl, boy, couple. We're tollerant and open minded.

The bill is 400GBP all. incl. plus 200 advance.
