Our ideal homes are set in the idyllic location of Akbuk Bay on the Aegean Coast of Turkey. Once a small fishing village, the beautiful resort of Akbuk lies between the busy tourist towns of Bodrum and Altinkum. Akbuk Bay retreats towards the mountains and settlements are prettily aligned from the coastline up in to the hills. Not only do you experience the beautiful sea views but also the refreshing mountain air and scents from the olive groves.
Our ideal homes are set back from the main resort next to the new Bodrum Airport road. It will only take 20 minutes to get to the airport!
Whilst achieving a quality build of a stylish and unique design, we are offering you the opportunity to invest in affordable accommodation with practical on site facilities.
Akbuk Ideal Homes will consist of 3 apartment blocks of 4 floors, offering a variety of accommodation: 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom duplexes. There will be 30 dwellings in total, all with sea and mountain views.
There are 4 types of accommodation to choose from:
1 bedroom apartment, ground or first floor, 69.30m2 from £25,000
2 bedroom apartment, ground or first floor, 87.20m2 from £30,000
2 bedroom duplex, over second and third floors, 79.00m2 from £40,000
2 bedroom duplex, over second and third floors, 98.40m2 from £50,000
The construction will start in September 2008 and at this point the price will increase by 10%. It will be completed in May 2009 and at this point the price will increase by a further 25%.
A. If you pay the full amount before the end of August 08, we will pay for your legal fees, utilities connection charges and your buyer’s tax at 1.5%.
B. If you pay the full amount by the end of December 08, we will pay for your legal fees.
If you pay the full amount by completion – you are still getting a very good deal!
• Within your chosen payment term as above, we will expect a minimum of four equal payments.
• On signature of contract, we will require a reservation fee of £1,000, plus legal fees.
