Apartments for sale after change of business for the hotel block.
The apartments are currently being renovated, and are to be sold to individuals. Apartments range from studios to single-bedroom flats, being from approx. 38sqm to 55sqm. Buying an apartment will ofcourse mean that use of the communal areas, such as the pool is permitted to residents.
Prices are below market, for this area, do your research see for prices asked for the Kapparis area and compare. Our prices are lower since we are trying to sell the flats and move on.
Keep in mind that the sample pictures are of a furnitured flat, the asking price does not include the furniture/electrical appliances/bathroom furniture etc. It does include though the complete restoration to an independent flat (own water/electricity clock-supply, own parking space/key).
