Hi, we are couple, looking for nice 1 bed ground floor flat or small 1 bed house with garden, to rent in Wanstead, South Woodford or any calm area not far from. Private house only or whole flat, not share & not block of flats!

We are looking for something really nice, calm, quiet and clean where we can be happy to live and relax after work.

We want something our own so nobody will disturb us.
We are calm, reliable people, professionals, self-employed, we live here for several years and like Wanstead the most.
We keep everything in good condition & save electricity. We don't make parties, don't smoke, don't have pets.

And can help with some repair when you need it, my husband can even install shower cabine and do all drilling and other DIY job and even car repair if you need some help.
We also can look after your house or flat if you are away or if you live outside London.

We ask for ALL INCLISIVE RENT. So please say your price INCLUDING all bills & tax. We also need broadband.
Washing machine is necessary.

Flat can be fully furnished or partly furnished as we have some our own chests, dining table, mirrors.

Please no agents. So save our time and yours.

We don't have deadline to move in. We can come to see your property during the weekends.

We expect reasonable rent, we don't want to pay astronomic price :-)
