Hello!

I am moving out of this lovely flat on the 12th July and looking for a good egg to fill my place around the same time!

I live with 3 great girlies (Brit, Aussie & New Zealander) in an awesome 4 bedroom flat down a pretty residential road which is literally 2mins from Tooting Bec Tube...(and 5 mins from Tooting Bec Common)

The flat is really homely and boasts a lot of character.
It has everything you need – new kitchen & bathroom, washing machine, comfy couches, dinner table, TV...and a quirky lil pebble garden.

My room is small but perfectly formed with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The Girls are tidy and are looking for another girl (23-30yrs old) English/Antipodean, chilled, no students or unemployed, clean and house proud.
This isn’t a party-house but we’re more than keen to open a bottle of wine and have a good laugh!

The rent is great - £386/month plus and roughly £30 bills/month. Deposit is £495.

We’re having viewings on Monday 7th/Tues 8th/Wed 9th from 6:30pm so if you’re interested, call me.
