There will be a new beginners' course starting in Northaw Village Hall on Monday nights. Northaw is situated approximately 5 minutes drive from Potters Bar and Cuffley. Wing Chun Kung Fu is the art originally made famous by Bruce Lee. It is an art which focuses on skill rather than strength so is ideal for both men and women.
