great news for July and august,

for July and august only we are offering a selection of static caravans sited on our lovely new 10 month park at long Sutton lincolnshire starting from only 8000 pounds fully sited, normally these caravans would start from 12000 pounds.
we have a great selection for you to choose from on our lovely park.
we are ideally located for many tourist attractions, and with in easy distance of the lovely Norfolk broads
we already have a laundry on the park, and planning has been passed for our clubhouse which will be completed in the very near future.

our ground rent is very reasonable and we only ever put it up in accordance with rates of inflation,
our policy is to take care of our customers/holiday home owners and make ours a happy park to be at
there is fishing in the local area, but if you dont want to go off the park to fish dont worry, we have already started work on our own fishing lake

PLEASE TAKE NOTE...Un like most parks we do not have a strict age policy on owners caravans, but we do ask that owners keep their caravans and gardens in a well maintained order

pets are welcome, dogs must be kept on lead whilst on the park, but there are fabulous places to take them for a walk.

We do allow you to sub let, unlike some parks, as we understand that you may want to subsidise your ground rent and earn a little income.
