SEESA was established to protect the interests of small business owners to serve as an authoritative voice for small businesses. Due to continuous new Employment Law legislation a need for a specialised service was identified.
Our team of fully qualified HR Legal Adviser's are on hand to assist clients in ensuring they are protected against the ever changing employment law regulations. Some of our services include: Drafting of employment contracts, representing clients in dispute resolutions, assistance with disciplinary hearings and Tribunals.

Key Responsibilities and Role
This role is an exciting and fantastic opportunity to source and develop your own leads, making outbound calls to businesses, establishing their needs then arranging an appointment, Telesales support is offered.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Successful background in B2B sales
* Confident telephone manner
* Ability to liaise with Decision Makers
* Experience of working to, and exceeding, sales targets
* This is a really fast paced environment, but with a work hard/play hard mentality
* B2B experience is essential.
* Pro-active and self motivated attitude towards sales targets:
* Consultants are expected to take responsibility for their individual targets.
* Professional and intelligent approach to work.
* Good Business acumen, articulate, able to manage themselves
Very competitive remuneration, £82K OTE uncapped
