Main Purpose of Job:
Your job responsibilities will be to secure renewals of Partner branded support contracts and drive new business for Partner branded support contracts by managing your regions, targets and commits. Also to drive new customer advocacy incentives.
Job Responsibilities:
· At the beginning of each financial quarter you will outline the expected sales commit for your region.
· Increase the focus on up selling and relationship building
· Weekly contact with top 20% partners to focus on developing new business
· Maintain fortnightly contact with the remaining 80% of partners to find new ways of building business portfolio.
· Maintain regular contact with the Chanel Service Account Managers
· Secure renewal business
· Drive new partner related incentives
· Regularly update the Company In-house Database System (CIDS) for performance analysis.
