Flatmate wanted to live with friendly, easy going couple in our 3rd floor flat in Tradeston, 10 min walk from the city centre. I'm a student and my boyfriend's an apprentice engineer. Anyone is welcome (including couples, smokers and people with pets) as long as you're not really messy or a neat freak.
It's an unfurnished double room with a built in double wardrobe. Living room is shared and has Broadband, phone, Freeview, shelf space and use of a futon if you have friends over to stay. Fully fitted kitchen is also shared and has washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and yummy toastie maker. The flat has a bathroom and a shower room, both shared.
Rent would be £189 a month for one person or £284 a month for a couple (£142 each). This includes all bills, however the phone's on an evening and weekend plan, so excessive calls before 6pm or calls to mobiles would be added to your rent. There's a £250 deposit, as our current flatmates need their half of the letting agent's deposit back when they leave.
