Description
Office Receptionist/Administrative assistant required to maintain the company Office for an up and coming small Chauffeur company.
The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and have a good grasp of files using Outlook, MS Access and MS Excel. A familiarity with databases and invoices will be required for the role.
The candidate must be a highly organised individual with good filing skills, and competent written and communication skills.
The role will involve:
• General Administrative work
• Maintenance of company documents
• Answering phones
• Involvement in marketing aspects
The role is for 5 days a week, with negotiable pay (depending on skill).
The position would be available for those able to work a minimum of 5 hrs a day. Ideal for any student on a gap year, or available to work 5 days a week other applicants will also be accepted.
