Kitchen Manager required for national restaurant brand.

Company
One of the UK's largest leisure retail businesses requires an experienced kitchen manager for one of its busy branded restaurants.
The premises consists of a 200 seater restaurant with at 50 seater bar area, on a riverside location.

Role
Day to day management of all kitchen aspects, this includes ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are adhered to. Other duties include responsibility for stock ordering/control and team training.

Personal specification
Previous experience essential in dealing with high volume sales, good knowledge of stock control/ordering, people management and food hygiene. Ongoing training will be provided.
Salary negotiable dependent on experience, plus achievable target bonus scheme
