PERSONAL SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATION MANAGER – East Sussex
Salary: up to £16K pa (Depending on experience)
Our client is a small but successful Advertising and Publishing company based in East Sussex. They are currently looking to recruit a Secretary/Admin Manager to support their busy sales team.
Brief Job Description:
To provide general administrative support to the sales team and undertake tasks such as credit control, data entry, copy/contract chasing, answering the phone, proof reading and assisting the designer.
Essential Experience:
• A self-starter and the ability to remain focused on priorities and keen to learn.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The candidate must be competent in the use of standard MS Office applications and should have an excellent command of grammar and spelling.
• A high level of personal effectiveness and an ability to deliver results;
• The ability to work without supervision and be willing and able to make sound decisions;
• The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively;
• The temperament to be a ‘team player’
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Experience:
• Educated to A Level or equivalent experience in English, IT or a similar role.
• Previous administration or secretarial experience is desirable.
Due to the location of the office you must have your own transport.
