Direct Outbound Sales Executive, Croydon Based Company
Salary £16,000.00 – £18,000.00+ (OTE) Dependant on experience

Hydro-Cleansing has a full time and permanent vacancy for a Direct Sales Executive to join their busy team. The purpose of this role is to contribute to building the company’s existing business targets by maximising sales and profitability, complying with Service Level Agreements and exceeding customer expectations, while ensuring the service provided remains first class at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound sales calls to generate new business and build on existing business for the Company

Ensure that customer actions and issues are communicated regularly and effectively across the company.

Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries.

Inputting relevant data on to a database system.

Work closely with New Business Team to assist with customer prospecting.

Provide regular and accurate reporting as defined by the Account Manager, customer or your Team Leader.


Essential skills:

Excellent telephone communication

Proven outbound business to business sales experience (Min of 2 Years previous experience)

Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel is vital

Ability to specify and up-sell products to meet customer requirements

Good time management and organisational skills

Display a can do attitude and communicate confidently and professionally with other team members.

Be able to work to and meet designated daily targets
