I live 5 minutes away so if there are ever any problems I can be right there...

Rent is £450 a month with one months deposit which will be fully refunded if the flat is returned in the condition it was originally rented in (minus obvious wear and tear dependant on the amount of time living in the flat - FULL DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT IF THE FLAT HAS BEEN SMOKED IN!). Initial rental agreement is for 6 months with one inspection midway through. After that we can do month to month and it will be agreed that one months notice should be given on either side if needing to terminate the rental agreement.
