Bilingual Accounts Assistant / Administrator – Swedish, Dutch or German speaking
Company: My client is a global sports brand selling running shoes and sportswear internationally. They are globally the 4th largest Sport Shoe Manufacturer with sales of over $1,6 billion worldwide. They are now looking for an Accounts Assistant / Administrator who can speak fluent German, Dutch or Swedish (Fluent English needed). You will be working with people from all over the world in the European headquarters based in Warrington.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator with some experience within an accounts department.
Main duties:
* Timely and accurate input of all manual invoice and credit requisitions and distribution of all invoices/credits to customers
* Assist the Credit Control team in the day-to-day operation of sales ledger by providing resource where necessary
* To print off on a daily basis all invoices, credit notes
* To ensure all expense recharge invoices are processed within month of occurrence to ensure re-charged in correct period.
* Assist with cash posting in Sales Ledger.
* To assist the Credit Control team where necessary in resolving account queries via liaison with other departments.
* To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Financial Controller
YOU:
* Can speak German, Dutch or Swedish to a high level
* Have some accounts processing experience
* Solve queries from international customers
* Teamworking and willingness to cover other roles if required
* Basic Excel skills
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Total customer satisfaction mindset
* Are conscientious and always with a smile
* Experience from working in Excel
* Love to meet people from all over the world!
