We are a small advertising agency with up to seven desks available in our office, a light and attractive Victorian warehouse conversion in Clerkenwell (near Farringdon station).

The price is £500 per desk per month (excl. VAT) including:

Telephone call charges
Air conditioning
Fast Internet (SDSL)
Telephone answering
Message taking
Your own phone number
Cleaning/maintenance
Use of meeting room
Use of additional hot desk
Photocopier
Fax
Black and white printer
Kitchen: tea, coffee, water, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc.
24/7 access

Terms are: one month deposit, monthly payment in advance with six months minimum agreement, one-month notice.

Computer hardware and software (Mac only) and studio services: artwork, colour printing, proofing, retouching, video editing, CD/DVD burning, cutting table etc. available at competitive rates.
