Our house is situated North Greenwich, and only a short distance from the Canary Wharf/ Jubilee Line Tube station.

We also have a large grassy private garden where we socialize and have BBQs
The room is only £580 pound per month (inclusive of bills ) and Broadband.

ONLY 2 minutes walk to Charlton Train Station,it takes 20 minutes to Central London (WATERLOO ,CHARING CROSS ) or 7 minutes on the bus to North Greenwich Tube station.
ONLY 4 minutes walk to shopping RETAIL PARK facility Asda, Lidl, Sainsbury's, Matalan, See Woo, H&M, Boots, Argos, River Island, TK-Max, B&Q, PC World,...
ONLY 2 minutes to Bus Stops that service routes 180, 177 to Greenwich, 161, 486, 472 to North Greenwich(Jubilee Line zone 2), 380 180 to Lewisham and the N1 (Night Bus to everywhere)

We are a clean and tidy crew, always up for a laugh, and share the house duties while socializing but also respect each other's privacy.
