Customer Services NVQ Level 2
Who is this NVQ in Customer Services Level 2 for?
It is suitable for candidates:
• Who have particular customer service and administrative job roles
• Who are working in a customer service environment
• Whose role is to provide service to customers
The OCR Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service is primarily aimed at candidates who undertake a customer service role and recognize that employment in the customer service sector involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing.
To gain the full NVQ Level 2 in customer services, all two mandatory units plus five optional units must be achieved.
Mandatory Units:
• Prepare yourself to deliver good customer service
• Provide customer service within the rules
Duration and Cost
• 3-6 months flexible

Who is this NVQ in Customer Service Level 3 for?
• People who can influence what happens at work
• Use the organisation’s rules and systems flexibly to deliver good service
• Question the way things are done and suggest improvements
• Have good communication skills and a wide knowledge of what to do, who to see and where to go to get things done for the customer
• Are aware of the commercial or other pressures facing the organisation/business.
To achieve this qualification, candidates must complete eight units made up of two mandatory units and six optional.

Assessment for Level 2 and 3:
Like all NVQs, this qualification is competence-based. This means that it is linked to a person's ability to competently perform a range of tasks connected with their work.
Level 2 NVQ and IT Courses are free.
The learner’s contribution to the price of a Level 3 NVQ or IT Course is £400.00 that can be paid by the learner or the employer.
